Fascial principle of action

The auth. fascial massage technique aims to loosen, revitalize and strengthen fascial tissues by loosening fascial lesions. Fascial lesions also impede fluid circulation in the tissues, leading to pH shift in the tissues and new formation of fascial lesions. With the removal of fascial lesions, extracellular fluid circulates freely in the tissues. The tissue is supplied with nutrient and oxygen-rich fluid, and regenerative processes are promoted. In parallel, the removal of degradation products (waste products) via the lymphatic and venous vascular system is increased and the pH value in the tissue is improved.

Résumé: With the application of the authentic fascial massage not only eliminates fascial lesions, but also neutralizes fascial tension forces and other imbalances in the tissue. Synchronously with this, the muscles involved also naturally loosen up.

On the other hand, fascias do not loosen up sustainably if only the muscles relax. This is due to the fact that muscles and fascial tissue react to different stimuli, and fascial tissue is not directly supplied with blood. Example: Muscles respond to heat input with improved blood flow, and the muscles relax. Fascial tissue requires a change in shape and/or elimination of fascial lesions for sustainable loosening. The goal is achieved with different techniques taking into account the fascia specification: stimulation of fascial Neuroreceptors, stretching stimuli or pressure (intensity).

Background:

  • Fascial connective tissue differs from regular connective tissue in that it is composed of more or less of the structural protein collagen and elastin, depending on the specification.
  • Fascias have a unique property: depending on the fascia's specification*, they can transform their aggregate state from gel to a fluid consistency and thus permanently change their shape.

The innovative discovery

The auth. fascial massage technique stimulates fascial Neuroreceptors by specific frequencies and stretches fascial tissue with variable intensity. With the stimulation, the fluidity of the extracellular fluid in the tissue is increased. Furthermore, the stimulation causes extravasation in the extracellular matrix, with the effect that regeneration processes are accelerated. The tissue swells slightly and incidentally creates a cellulite effect. Fascial lesions are loosened up by the fascial stimulations and corrected by the organism. And last but not least, the stimulations cause the so-called relax effect = Fascial principle of action.

The authentic fascial massage technique combines several fascial principles of action, which makes it an effective treatment technique.

  1. the stimulation of fascial Neuroreceptors
  2. the passive stretching effect on the fascial tissue
  3. the gel-to-sol principle of action (fascias can change their aggregate state)
  4. the dissolving of metabolic blockades in the tissue and the promoting effect of fascial regeneration processes
  5. the mental and physical relaxation

Application of authentic fascial massage

For external use in case of present fascial tensions in the superficial and/or deep level.

What distinguishes the authentic fascial massage technique from other massage techniques?

  1. the handling respectively hand and finger technique (2, 3, 4 or 8 fingers)
  2. the targeted manual stimulation of fascial Neuroreceptors in specific frequency ranges
  3. the promotion of local metabolic exchange processes in the tissue with regenerative effect
  4. the stretching and strengthening effect on the fascial tissue
  5. the immune-strengthening effect
  6. the procedure

Legal notes

  • Basically, the authentic fascial massage technique is designed as a preventive application for the alternative treatment sector. By means of the massage technique only occurring well-being disorders such as fascial tensions are treated. There is neither a treatment of disease nor a diagnosis in the medical sense. As a matter of principle, no promise of a cure or success is made.
  • The authentic fascial massage technique is used by each user on their own responsibility.
